1 March 2012- 30 June 2012= €50 per night
1 July 2012- 30 September 2012= €55 per night
1 October 2012- 19 December 2012= €45 per night
20 December 2012 – 2 January 2013 = €60 per night

In the low season, the minimum renting period is 2 nights. In the high season, the minimum is 3 nights. Maximum occupancy of two adults.

Aside from the costs listed above, a one time cleaning fee of €30 applies for the whole of the stay.

There is no elevator in the building, making it very difficult to access with a wheel chair. No pets are allowed at any time, and the apartment is a non smoking area.

Check-out time is 11h00 (11 am) and check-in is from 14h00 (2 pm).

Payment: Paypal, cash.

Cancelation policy: If canceling more than one month before arrival, a refund is possible less 25% of the deposit received. The refund costs are borne by the client. If canceling less than one month before arrival, no refund is possible.
